Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NestView platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

NestView provides an online real estate marketplace connecting property buyers, sellers, renters, and agents in Cambodia. Our services include property listings, search, agent directories, media production, and property management tools.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated.

Agent Terms

Agents must hold valid professional credentials. Agent listings must be accurate and represent genuine properties. NestView reserves the right to moderate and remove listings that violate our guidelines.

Property Listings

All property listings are subject to review and approval. Listings must accurately represent the property, including pricing, location, and condition. Misleading listings will be removed.

Payments

Payments are processed through ABA PayWay. Subscription fees, promotion fees, and other charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. All prices are in USD unless specified.

Limitation of Liability

NestView acts as a marketplace platform and does not guarantee the accuracy of property listings or the conduct of users. We are not liable for transactions between buyers, sellers, or agents.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Siem Reap, Cambodia.
